Lavender Hill Clothing
Offering luxurious fashion staples that feel comfortable and look chic, clothing label Lavender Hill focuses on soft comfort and sustainable materials. Soft fabrics that feel good on the skin are a main focus in the brand's processes, as are materials that tread lightly on the planet.
Founder
Isobel Ridley launched the brand in 2013, after spending a year travelling - during her time abroad, Isobel was horrified to see the waste inherent in many industries. With a background at Burberry, she decided to launch her own brand, aimed at minimising waste.

Materials
Cotton, linen, modal and lyocell (also known as Tencel) are some of the vegan materials used by Lavender Hill. Their fabric choices are rooted in nature and developed with innovation. The cotton used by the brand is certified by GOTS and the materials are sourced from Europe and, when it comes to cotton, Egypt.
Production
Lavender Hill's production takes place in C02-neutral environments and only environmentally friendly dyes are used. 60% of the collection is produced in the UK, with the rest divided between Portugal, Germany, Austria and Italy.
People
All suppliers have to comply with the brand's ethical guidelines. All workers are paid a national living wage and traceability is a big concern for the brand.
Packaging
The mailing bags used to ship the products are made from recycled materials.
Animals
Lavender Hill uses a variety of vegan-friendly materials.
