Lazuli
This brand manufactures in the EU. As a result of EU/UK free trade agreements, there are no import duties on delivery to the UK or to any EU country. US customers do not pay any import duties on orders below $800.
Launched in 2014, Lazuli aims to combine women's footwear with the intricate, eye-catching designs of Portuguese tiles. The historical richness of the tiles has inspired the look and feel of the collections through the years. In 2019, the label started adding vegan designs and since 2020, all its ranges have been fully vegan.

Materials
The vegan brand is PVC-free and uses leather made from apples and pineapples, as well as cork and recycled fibres. Bamboo, rubber, palm leavesa and organic cotton also feature in its collections.
Production
All Lazuli designs are made locally in Portugal, mainly in the company's factory in Santa Maria do Feira, and sometimes in partnering factories. The area is known for its connection to the craftsmanship of footwear, guaranteeing that the best artisanal work goes into the collections.
People
All employees are paid a living wage.
Animals
Lazuli is a fully vegan brand, approved by PETA. The brand supports the Association of Friends of Animals of Santa Maria do Feira, a local organisation working to protect abandoned animals.
